A property owner receives the booking and guest data for their property. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep inquiry and project data for as long as needed to respond, deliver the service, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Booking and guest data belongs to the property and is kept for the period agreed with the owner. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and you can object to some uses. You can also withdraw consent.
